That sounds like the most delicious recipe. I think spiced bundt cakes are the best, I’m getting my Christmas tree tin out of my storage (aka the shed) on Sunday, I will bake a winter spiced vanilla cake, sprinkle with copious amounts of icing sugar, pop it under a glass cloche then everyone can help themselves. I’m sure your friends will absolutely adore your cake, they’ll ask for the recipe and will immediately purchase a bundt tin! Merry Christmas xx
