This looks perfect. I used to make mountains of jam. I don’t know why I thought it was necessary to make so much. Probably a holdover from my New England upbringing where we thought we might starve otherwise 😆. I’ve since embraced small batches. Many thanks for your recipe and method.
I have never got around to making my own jam. It feels like it could be a lot of work. Love your selection of fruits.
The small batches are the answer, as it doesn’t take too much time. And it’s so lovely using a variety of fruit.

It’s so much more fun making the small batches, rather than being confronted by mountains of fresh fruit that needs rapid preparation.
It was super helpful and very well explained! I appreciate it very much!
I hope it is useful for you. Enjoy your jam making.
Agreed, I might even attempt a batch! Such bounty as well.
I hope you enjoy it. I love some apricot jam on my yoghurt and muesli for breakfast.
This is a lovely recipe Judith. I’m going to try it with strawberries. 🍓
I hope you enjoy it Angie, we had Croissants from the market with strawberry jam this morning, a simple and delicious breakfast.
